Altair Engineering Hosts Grand Opening of the Altair Design Studio

TROY, Mich., (May 31, 2006) - Altair Engineering, Inc., a leading global provider of technology and services that strengthen client innovation and decision-making, will host the grand opening of the Altair Design Studio on Thursday, June 8, 2006, at the company’s Troy, Mich., headquarters. The event runs from 5:30 until 9:00 p.m. and includes a tour of the new industrial design facility and a presentation on the benefits of leveraging human creativity with advanced technology to deliver innovative products. Attendees will also have an opportunity to experience a three-dimensional virtual reality environment configured to assist in the product design process.
The Altair Design Studio was created to provide a unique, cross-functional environment in which world-class designers and engineers could work together using the industry’s most advanced simulation and computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools to achieve a powerful synergy of creativity and technology.
